RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

The Return/Exchange Policy for E-commerce

•     All Sales are non-refundable. Refunds are only allowed for wrongly shipped merchandise. 
•     Carefully choose your size of shirt, trouser and lining of dress. No refund or exchange is available in stitched and custom stitched dresses. 
•     Dual exchanges are not allowed.
•     Stitched and unstitch items are going to be delivered within 7 working days while custom stitch dresses will be delivered within 12 to 15 days, if there are normal working days other than eid holidays or any country level or city level strike occurs.
•     Exchange is only possible for unstitched clothes if it’s not rinsed or shrunk with proper clothing tags within a week only.
•     Change of mind after online payment is accepted within 2 hours only. After 2 hours of placing an order for stitched clothes and custom stitched clothes will not be entertained.
•     CLEARANCE SALE purchases are neither exchanged nor refunded.
•     For custom stitching ,please send your accurate size instructions as per the tailor. Use our whatsapp service for custom stitching for any dress you like.
•     Brand does not take any responsibility for the wrong size instructions for custom stitch customers.
•     Credit vouchers will be issued for all refunds.
•     Read our all instructions carefully while placing your order. Correctly choose your size, washing instructions and payment procedures. 
•     For all custom stitched dress orders, complete advanced payment will be accepted. 
•     Availability of embelishments for any dress can be altered in custom stitch only. 
•     Bank payments and online payments are preferably appreciated.
